What I treat
Every session is unique. I combine several Chinese techniques based on what your body is asking for.

Assessment & Treatment — First session
Your first appointment: full diagnosis + treatment tailored to your situation.

This is your first step. I take the time to understand what brings you in: your pain, your sleep, your digestion, your stress levels, your history. I examine your tongue, take your Chinese pulses, and establish a personalized energetic assessment.
Then I move straight to the treatment — 45 minutes of bodywork tailored to what I've identified. I may combine Tui Na (Chinese therapeutic massage), acupressure on meridian points, cupping, Gua Sha, or a therapeutic infrared lamp. You don't have to choose the technique: I decide what your body needs.
At the end of the session, I explain what I observed and recommend a follow-up plan if needed.
Release stress and burnout
Burnout, anxiety, overwork, chest tightness, clenched jaw, need to let go.

You're at the end of your rope. Mental load is overflowing, your jaw is permanently clenched, you feel pressure in your chest or a lump in your throat. Or maybe you simply need to set it all down for an hour and feel alive again.
I work the whole body: back, shoulders, neck, head, abdomen, face. I combine Tui Na (deep Chinese massage) to release physical tension, acupressure on the points that calm the nervous system, and cupping on the upper back if needed. Everything is done gently and mindfully: I'm there, with you, from start to finish.
This session suits people dealing with burnout or chronic stress just as much as those who simply want a pause for deep relaxation. It also makes a wonderful gift.
Restore sleep and energy
Insomnia, night waking, chronic fatigue, exhaustion, brain fog.

You've been sleeping badly for months. You wake up at 3 am unable to fall back asleep. In the morning, you're as tired as when you went to bed. Brain fog sets in, concentration fades.
In Chinese medicine, sleep and energy are two sides of the same balance. I identify the root of the problem — often linked to stress, digestion, or an older emotional imbalance — and work accordingly.
The session combines acupressure on the points that regulate sleep and calm the mind, cranial Tui Na to soothe the nervous system, and work on the abdominal meridians if digestion is disrupting your nights.
Support your cycle and hormones
Painful periods, irregular cycles, endometriosis, PCOS, menopause, hot flashes.

Your periods leave you bedridden every month. Your cycles are irregular or have stopped. You've been diagnosed with endometriosis or PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) and you're looking for a natural approach to complement your medical care. Or menopause has arrived with its share of hot flashes, night sweats, and fatigue.
Chinese medicine considers these conditions as energetic imbalances that can be supported. I perform a focused assessment of your hormonal sphere, then work with acupressure on the points that regulate cycle and energy, Tui Na on the abdomen and lower back, and if needed cupping or Gua Sha.
This is an area where ongoing treatment makes all the difference. Results generally appear over 2 to 3 cycles.

Chinese medicine works in depth, and the most lasting results come from multiple sessions. This 3-session program lets you work on the root of your imbalance — not just the symptoms.
How it works: after your first session (Assessment & Treatment), I define a tailored protocol. The 3 program sessions are spaced according to your needs (typically every 7 to 14 days). At each appointment, I adapt the techniques to how your condition is evolving.
Applies to all services: pain, stress, sleep, digestion, hormones. Valid for 2 months from purchase.
Body
Relieve your pain
Back, lower back, sciatica, neck, shoulders, knees, migraines, postural tension.

Your back has been hurting for weeks. Your neck is stiff. Your lower back wakes you up at night. You have sciatica that won't go away, a knee that pulls, recurring migraines.
I don't massage "in general": I precisely identify the blocked areas and the meridians involved, then work on them with the most suitable techniques — deep therapeutic Tui Na for muscular tension, targeted acupressure on pain points, cupping to release the most compacted zones.
I stay with you throughout the session and adjust my work in real time based on your body's response. This is not a relaxation massage: it's targeted therapeutic work on your pain.
Rebalance your digestion
Bloating, constipation, diarrhea, acid reflux, abdominal discomfort.

Your stomach bloats after every meal. You alternate between constipation and diarrhea. Acid reflux ruins your nights.
I dedicate a full hour-long session to your digestive system. I start with a deep visceral massage — the Zangfu An Mo, which I practice according to the teaching of Master Cao Guohua — working directly on the digestive organs to restart transit, reduce bloating, and ease internal tension.
I complement this with acupressure on the meridian points that regulate digestion, and if needed cupping or the infrared lamp on the abdomen and lower back. I close with Chinese dietary advice tailored to your constitution and the season.
Massage
Tailored Tui Na massage
A true Chinese therapeutic massage, adapted to your body and your needs of the moment.

Tui Na is not a typical "wellness" massage. It's a thousand-year-old Chinese therapeutic technique that works deeply on the meridians, acupressure points, and muscular tension. It's a deep, precise, dynamic massage — very different from a Swedish or Californian massage.
I adapt every session to how you are that day. I may work the back and shoulders if that's where things are blocked, the head and neck if the mind is overheating, the abdomen if digestion is heavy. I combine Tui Na with other techniques if your body calls for it — acupressure, cupping, Gua Sha — all in a single session, at no extra cost.
What makes the difference: I stay with you for the entire hour. No repetitive mechanical gestures — dynamic, attentive work that adapts in real time.
Abdominal massage — Zangfu An Mo
Deep visceral massage from Chinese medicine. Rare, precise, powerful.

The abdomen is the second brain — and in Chinese medicine, it's where stress, blocked emotions, and digestive imbalances take hold. Zangfu An Mo is an ancient visceral massage that works directly on the internal organs, in depth, with precise gestures passed down from master to student.
I practice this technique according to the teaching of Master Cao Guohua (Chunhua TCM Centre, Basel), whose lineage I have taken on. It's a rare skill, offered by very few practitioners in France.
For 45 minutes, I work your abdomen to identify zones of tension and imbalance, then treat them in the same gesture. My hands seek and heal at the same time — diagnosis and treatment happen together.
Note: this session is not recommended during menstruation.
Extended Tui Na massage — full body
The most complete treatment: 1h 30min of Tui Na on the entire body, from head to toe.

This is the long version. An hour and a half during which I work across your whole body — back, shoulders, neck, arms, legs, abdomen, head, face — without rushing, without leaving anything out.
The full-body Tui Na massage starts with the back and shoulders, where most tension concentrates. I then move down the meridians toward the lower back and legs, then work the abdomen and flanks to restart circulation. I finish with the head, neck, and face — the moment when the whole body lets go.
This format allows going further than an hour-long session: I can treat deep tension that requires time, and combine several techniques on each area. This is the treatment to give yourself or to offer when you want a real break.
